Unique, one-of-a-kind Porsche Motorsports North America coffee table for Holiday Dinner Silent Auction - Bidding Open to All OCR Members

It is customary for Porsche Motorsports North America to take a "timed out" competition engine and prepare a memento for the team and special parties. Competition engines are returned to PMNA or Weissach for servicing generally every 60 hours of operation.  The case housing is replaced at 120 hours, the heads at 180 hours.  At 320 hours the engine is retired. The only part still original is the crankshaft. Weissach and Carson are the only locations for Porsche factory rebuilds. This engine, Gen 2 991.2 GT3 R MA 186 KROOXXX, was used for about 2 to 3 years in the IMSA series.  The team is not disclosed.  The engine is empty of parts, which uses a little over 300 when operational.  It is a "complete long block without internals."  The PMNA logo is etched into the tempered safety glass.  It is removable. This engine and table is one of two recently prepared by PMNA.
